Terry Wahl Wins Woodys Triple Crown
March 6th-7th, Beaujesour, MB
Polaris pilot Terry Wahl once again took the spotlight in the Saturday night Pro Formula Woodys Triple Crown Feature, March 6th in Beaujesour, MB, the final stop on the World Snowmobile Association (WSA) Xtreme Ice Tour. Wahl, fellow Polaris driver Brian Rydeen, and Cat driver Gary Moyle diced it up in the third and final Triple Crown Battle.
Going into the Beaujesour battle, Wahl and Rydeen had a one-point difference in the points race for the Triple Crown championship. The three pros certainly made it look good for the fans as Wahl defended his Beaujesour Pro Formula win and Moyle edged out Rydeen by a mere five inches at the line. The win also locked up Terrys Triple Crown status.
Congratulations to Terry and crew on the wonderful Season. We look forward to what next year will bring the veteran driver who has one World Championship under his belt and is hungry for another.
